Check Project Road Stack is the tool we wished existed — a single offline cockpit where every number, every scenario, and every sprint lives in one place.

Check Project Road Stack was engineered as an offline-first instrument from day one. This policy explains, in plain language, why there is almost nothing to disclose: the app does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. Every calculation, cohort matrix, sprint entry, hypothesis, and academy lesson is generated and stored locally on your device, and the app functions fully with zero internet connection required.

Information We Collect

We collect nothing. No account, email, name, device identifier, location, or usage analytics is gathered at any point — not during onboarding, not while you model unit economics, and not while you browse the product academy.

How We Use Information

Because no information is collected, none is used, analyzed, profiled, or sold. There is no server-side processing of your financial models, cohort data, or sprint calendars — the app has nothing to act on, by design.

Data Storage

All of your inputs — pricing assumptions, cost structures, cohort retention entries, sprint deadlines, and saved hypotheses — are stored exclusively in local, on-device storage. Nothing is synced to a cloud server, and we operate no backend database that could ever hold your project information.

Third-Party Services

The app contains no analytics SDKs, no advertising networks, no crash-reporting trackers, and no embedded third-party scripts of any kind. Your financial models and planning data are never exposed to an outside party because no outside party is ever connected.

Data Security

Since your information never transmits over a network, it is not exposed to interception, server breaches, or remote attack vectors. Security is inherited from your device's own operating-system protections, and we recommend keeping your device passcode and OS updates current.

Children's Privacy

Check Project Road Stack does not knowingly or unknowingly collect data from anyone, including children under 13. As no personal data is ever gathered from any user of any age, the app is compliant with COPPA and equivalent global child-privacy frameworks by design.

Your Control

There are no accounts to manage and no cloud records to request deletion of. Every model, matrix, and calendar entry lives on your device, so uninstalling the app permanently and completely removes all associated data.

Changes to This Policy

If our practices ever change, an updated Effective Date and revised policy will be published within the app before any new behavior takes effect. Our default commitment to zero data collection will not change without clear, upfront notice.
